No matter one's position on the wisdom of the conflict in Iraq, it is clear that the people he brutalized and oppressed for so long are well rid of him:

The recent spurt of competence evinced by the occupation government and Central Command is encouraging; it is hoped that the trend will continue, and that the soi-distant tyrant will soon be helped along to his reward.
